These terms apply to your use of pharmacy.mixxia.com (“the Site”) and to any order you place through it. Please read them before ordering.

1. Products

We sell over-the-counter healthcare, skincare, eye care and personal care products. We do not currently supply prescription medicines through the Site.

Product images are for illustration; packaging may differ from the images shown. We take care to describe products accurately, but ingredient lists, usage instructions and claims are provided by manufacturers and suppliers. Always read the label and any leaflet supplied before use.

Nothing on the Site is medical advice, and our descriptions are not a substitute for advice from a pharmacist, doctor or other qualified healthcare professional. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, are taking other medication, or have any doubt about whether a product is suitable for you, seek professional advice before buying or using it.

Products are offered subject to availability. If something becomes unavailable after you order it, we will contact you and refund that item in full.

2. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted, and a contract formed, when we confirm that payment has been received.

We may decline an order, or cancel one after acceptance, for any reason — including but not limited to a product being unavailable, an error in price or description, our being unable to verify your details, or where we reasonably suspect misuse. If we cancel an accepted order, you receive a full refund.

Where a product has been listed at a materially incorrect price, we will contact you before dispatch. You may then confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to order.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) and include any applicable taxes, if any. Payment is taken online when you order, using the methods shown at checkout.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.

We may change prices at any time. A change does not affect an order we have already accepted.

4. Delivery

We deliver within the State of Kuwait only, to the areas shown at checkout.

• Delivery is free on orders of 50 KWD or more. Below that, a delivery charge of 2.000 KWD applies. The charge is always shown before you pay.
• Orders placed before 2:00 pm Sunday to Thursday, or before 12:00 pm on Saturday, are normally dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after those times, or on Friday, are dispatched on the next working day.
• We are closed on Friday.

We aim to deliver within 24 hours during business hours. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by public holidays, weather, traffic or circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery is carried out by a third-party courier, who may contact you to arrange it. Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the order. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery and acceptance.

5. Returns and refunds

You may return an unopened product, in its original condition and packaging, within 14 days of delivery.

For reasons of health, hygiene and product safety, we cannot accept the return of any product whose seal has been broken or packaging opened, unless the product is faulty or was supplied in error.

If a product arrives damaged, has expired, was supplied in error, or does not match its description, please tell us within 5 working days of delivery. We will arrange collection, replacement or refund, and you will not bear any cost.

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 to 14 working days of us receiving and inspecting the returned product.

Where a return is not due to a fault on our part, the cost of returning the product is yours.

6. Rewards, promotional codes and gift vouchers

• You earn 10 reward points for every 1 KWD spent on products. Delivery charges do not earn points.
• A minimum of 1,000 points is needed before you can redeem. 100 points is worth 1 KWD.
• Points apply to the product value of an order only, never to the delivery charge.
• Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and are reversed if an order is cancelled or refunded.
• One promotional code may be used per order. Codes are subject to the conditions stated when issued, including any minimum order value, expiry date and usage limit.
• A gift voucher may be used once. If your order is worth less than the voucher, the difference is not refunded and does not carry forward.

We may change or withdraw the rewards programme on reasonable notice. Points already earned will remain redeemable for a reasonable period after any such notice.

7. Your account and personal information

You are responsible for keeping your details accurate and your account secure.

We share your delivery details with our courier so that your order can be delivered, and your payment details with our payment provider so that payment can be taken. We do not sell your personal information.

8. Using the Site

You may use the Site for lawful personal purposes only. All content on it — text, images, design and software — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.

We try to keep the Site available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, and may suspend or restrict it for maintenance or other reasons.

9. Our responsibility

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses.

Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Complaints and governing law

If something has gone wrong, please get in touch using the contact details shown on this website and we will try to put it right.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and the courts of Kuwait have jurisdiction.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

12. Who we are

The Site is operated by Boushahri Group Medical, a company registered in the State of Kuwait under commercial registration number 332451, with its registered office at Block 9, Salem Al Mubarak Street, Northern Salmiya Building 1/0022, Floor 1, Office 118, Kuwait.

The Site trades under the name GLŌ Care. Your contract for the purchase of any product is with Boushahri Group Medical.
